The 2022 NTT INDYCAR SERIES Rookie of the Year, Danish driver Christian Lundgaard is returning for his second season with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing. Previously in his career, Lundgaard was a former Alpine junior driver who spent two seasons in FIA Formula 2 Championship and claimed two wins and six podiums in 2020. He also won SMP and Spanish F4 championships and scored a win in F3. Lundgaard is not the only member of his family who is an elite racer; his father, Henrik, was a European rally champion, and his older brother, Daniel, was the Danish F4 champion. This season, Lundgaard hopes to “keep that momentum and start even better” than he had in his rookie campaign.
